"Motor Predictive Maintenance IoT" is a system that utilizes IoT to continuously monitor the operating conditions of rotating equipment such as motors and pumps at a low cost. Inspection work in areas where "workers cannot enter" or "places that are dangerous when approached" can lead to personal accidents, so companies are advancing measures to address this issue. Our product allows for remote monitoring via internet connection without the need for workers to physically visit the site. Monitoring of vibration acceleration, vibration velocity, and temperature is possible, and vibrations in frequency bands up to 10,000 Hz can be measured over time. Sensors connect to smartphones or tablet devices via Bluetooth for data collection, and by utilizing the internet connection of the tablet device, a relay device (gateway) is unnecessary. Developed by a pump manufacturer knowledgeable about the structure and failure causes of rotating equipment, this system can identify the causes of failures to some extent by frequency band.
